Never-Ending Life
Can you say with confidence that if your physical body were to die right now, your spirit would live forever in Heaven? This is the most important question of your life. If you’re not sure, you can be.
There is no one who is “good enough” to deserve to go to Heaven, even by doing good deeds or having an outward show of religion.
In God's Word (the Holy Bible), Romans 3:10 says, “There is none righteous, no not one.”
Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
It was necessary for a final payment to be made to get rid of our sin, and because of His incredible love for us, Jesus Christ was willing to do that, even though we didn’t deserve it,
Romans 5:8 says, “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
In response to that incomparable love, there are only two choices for us. We can continue to live without forgiveness for our sin and then face its consequences (separation from God in a real place called Hell) , or we can put all of our faith in Jesus Christ alone for our salvation.
Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Yes, salvation is free to us, but it was paid for with the blood of Jesus Christ. By recognizing your sin and turning away from it, putting your faith in Jesus Christ and the saving power of His death and resurrection, and surrendering your life to Him, He has said you will have forgiveness, peace, and never-ending life in a place called Heaven.
Romans 10:9 says, “If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
II Corinthians 7:10 says, “Godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.…”
Romans 10:13 says, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Right now confess to God that you are a sinner. Tell Him that you believe Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for your sins and then arose from the grave. Ask Him to forgive you for your sin, and submit to Him as the Ruler of your life.
God will then be faithful to do all He has promised, and you will become His child.
Once you make that commitment, tell others what God has done for you. Salvation is not something to be ashamed of. Find a church in which you can learn and grow as a new Christian. Praise God for the gift of His salvation.
